We unfortunately picked the hottest day in San Francisco to move (105 degrees) but we're SO THANKFUL we hired Moving Star! Our two movers were seriously all-stars. They worked very hard, fast, took limited breaks--even in this super hot weather and overall were super prepared. They came with regular moving stuff like dollies and hand trucks, but also brought extra boxes for us, pads for our furniture, and plastic wrap. They were also super flexible when someone in our complex offered us a super heavy table for free they moved it into our apartment no problem--and didn't mind us adding something at the last-minute! We seriously would have been LOST without them.

We were only moving a one-bedroom so we thought we could do it ourselves---that would have been such a mistake we probably would have hurt ourselves and damaged our own stuff! So if your in this situation, I will tell you SPEND THE MONEY and hire these movers! They are incredibly low-priced and high value. 

We were not hassled for any excessive tips. The only mention of tips was that they work hard and fast to earn tips! This is amazing as we pay by the hour, so by working fast they save us money. 

We loved them so much we even took a picture with them!

They helped us move a 1bd apartment efficiently while being careful at the same time. They laid down rugs to protect new floor and wrapped fragile items in protective wrap. I'm very happy with how it went, and the price was fair.

I need movers and it was a last minute job. I went to yelp and found a moving company and it said to request a quote from them and suggested some other moving companies. I'm so glad yelp suggested others because that's how I found moving star. Olivia got back to me faster then any other company and was so accommodating. She was able to provide movers for me with three days notice. The movers that came were excellent. They arrived EARLY! so professional and careful. They wrapped everything including our art work. Another great thing about moving star is they don't nickel and dime you! They had tape and shrink wrap along with blankets to make sure all of our was protected. I am so impressed with moving star I will definitely recommend and use them again!

Very fast, efficient movers -- They were timely, careful with our things, and also brought padding and packaging tape and other moving supplies for us which made our move so much easier. We had three movers and they moved out two bedrooms and a living rooms worth of things to our new place (which also had two flights of stairs ) in three hours which was quite impressive. Communication is definitely smoother if you can speak a bit of Chinese. Super worth the price!
